The status ‘Sent to organization’ means that IN STEP has confirmed delivery of the request into the external commerce flow. After that, cancellation, payment, stock, order confirmation, delivery and returns remain in the organization’s external system.

Requests sent from PRODUCT and SERVICE offers appear here. IN STEP shows acceptance and confirmed transfer, but does not replace the external payment, inventory or delivery system.
